Starting in 2014, Race Factory Gaming stopped doing a team championship, but I always believed that teams are important in keeping the game fun and creating some motivation for not only teams, but every individual rider on a team. I am here to introduce the 2014 Outdoor National Team Championship presented by Race Tech Suspension! The team with the most points at the end of the season will be awarded with a Race Tech T-Shirt for each member of the team. Max 9 riders, must pay shipping if outside the United States.
Team Championship Statistics
You will have a max amount of 9 riders on your team. 6 locked in riders that will score points for your team at each round, and 3 additional riders that are considered wildcards. Team Owners will be able to pick 1 wildcard at each round one hour prior to race time. Your 6 riders that are locked in can be in either class, amount of riders in each class doesn't matter either, nor do the wildcards. Team Owners will be able to certify which riders will be their wildcard for that round, and they will be responsible of letting me know prior to race time in a topic that will be made prior to when the racing starts.
At any point during the season, you can reset your roster, once. When you make your team reset, you can drop 1 rider and replace them with a new rider, and you can change who will be your 6 locked in spots and who will then be changed into one of your three wildcards. If you do not want to take anyone off your team, you can still just change who your 6 locked in riders are and set one of your previously locked in rider as a wildcard. Be careful who your original picks are, as well as your picks when you reset it, strategy may be needed. You are not required to make a team reset, but you have the option of doing it if you feel as if it's needed.
Points will be awarded by overall results. Highest two finishing riders in the 250 class and highest three finishers in the 450 class. However point totals based on both motos combined out of the two highest finishers in the 250 class and highest three finishers in the 450 class. This means that the highest finishers on the overall results sheet will be used as points scorers, but the amount of points they scored on that specific day will be used.
