I try to be unbiased as possible with all protests no matter who it is, I realize you are not going to like the outcome or take responsibility for being suspended that is just how you are. These penalties are not decided by one individual, I have never posted or enforced penalties on my own. It is always a group decision.

Is it me or is your story changing? Don't blame them when you can't even keep track of what you say. Also it appears the verdict is based off viewing the incident, not the information dennis provided. Which makes sense, going off the information from the affected party would make it biased.

I had time. Made it across. Didn't affect ANYONE person or force anyone to change their brake gas or shifting habits and nothing was affected. Should be 0 penalty. Irrelevant also.

We post the protests how they are written from the other rider. Not sure what exactly Dennis lied about, but that doesn't even matter. What is written doesn't affect the penalty. What the judges see is what determines your penalty. And those "LIES from Peter" aren't his words, they are mine. And you did cut the track (multiple times in the race) and did take out another rider after doing so. Landing on the gas while going off track and continuing to execute a questionable pass will result in a penalty every time.
