Team championship is back this year and back to the simple system that worked great before I made everything complicated last year with rider salaries and team budgets! It's pretty simple once again, minimum 2 riders, maximum 8 riders, no budget caps or rider salaries. The only difference is the cutoff for points, previously I went down the order all the way down to 20th in the team standings, however this year I will make the cutoff 20th overall in both classes in the combined moto score classification.

Team Rules/Questions Answered

Minimum Riders? 2 riders.

Maximum Riders? 8 riders.

How many riders can I have in each class? There's no limit for riders in either class.

How many riders on my team will receive points each weekend? Top 3 finishing riders in the premier class (450), and the top 2 finishing riders in the 250 class. This remains the same no matter how many riders you have on your team in each class. Points will be awarded AMA style off the overall results (25, 22, 20, 18, etc).

How does my team score points? Simply by racing the 2016 rF Pro Motocross Championship.

Can I drop riders? Yes, you will be able to drop riders from your roster at any point throughout the season. Their points will not be removed from your team, but they will not continue to score points for you from that point on.

Can I add riders? Yes, you will be able to add riders throughout the year, as long as they aren't already on a team.

Guys, I will not be adding teams in myself for this. It would be a shame to be excluded from this, and ultimately could prevent me from doing this all together. If I do team championship, I want every team to be involved. I'm not going to assume who is on what team and assume that the team wants those riders on the roster all year.
