Can someone please explain to me or link me to something that shows how the scoring work? I thought it was a simple lowest score wins and second logos break a tie. Like in my mind atoms 6+2=8 should beat mullins' 8+1=9 but I guess I'm missing something.

Scoring works like SX, 25 for the winner, 22 for 2nd, 20 3rd and so on. You're thinking of Olympic style. Jesse had 38 points (13+25) I had 37 (15+22)

Motocross used to give out points after the overalls were determined by position. It used to actually matter if you went 2-1 instead of 1-2. Back then if you went 2-1, you would get first overall, and score 50 points. The other guy who went 1-2 would get 2nd overall and get 44 points. Now it's just points for individual motos, and they combine the points to find the overall.

How is consistency awarded? How does the game calculate that?

Yeah, if u go to the mx simulator servers page and find the race server and the moto, scroll down a bit and it shows everyones consistency

Yeah but I mean how does the game calculate who was the most consistent? Does it go with how close your laps are from your best or?

Standard deviation of all your laptimes.
