tracks for 19801 server that i need?

hey dudes I'm just starting to race multiplayer and wondering if i need all of the 2016 national series tracks to race on 19801? or if there is a spot to get them all. i have some of the 2017 but don't know if those will work and if i need the entire series. sorry such a noob
