So lately I've been thinking about what I'm going to do in regards of my team for the upcoming season. I've been open to the possibility of trying to join a team, end my team and just be privateer, run a one man team, or try to expand my team into something bigger and better than I've ever done before. I've been swaying back and forth on what I want to do, and its come down between running a team with just myself, or opening up a traditional 2 450 riders, 2-4 250 riders, and maybe an amateur or two to help develop into the pro ranks. I've been around this community for a really long time now and have probably attended the most races out of anyone, arguably, but regardless I've been around for a very long time and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I've been trying to think of ways to give back to the community, and although I haven't decided on what I'm going to do or how, but I'd really like to get some new faces aboard the DX3 banner and really try to put in a good season next year with a completely different attitude, and just focus on being nicer to people. I don't think of myself as a bad guy, and I do let my competitiveness get in the way of who I really am sometimes and say some hurtful things, even if you let them get to you or not. So for 2019, I'd love to get a few new faces on board and honestly just get a group of chill, friendly gamers to enjoy gaming and motocross. I'm not necessarily looking for the fastest riders, but I'd like some riders who can mix it up in main events and maybe grab a top rider to run up front as well. At the moment my team is just myself, Kevin Gonzalez, and Mike Stralo, but I'm open to people interested and genuinely want to join a team that can brainstorm and try to think of ways to give back to the community. I've been toxic more often than not, but at the end of the day I appreciate most of the people in this community and think that we should focus on keeping all of us together as one big unit, instead of letting silly things happening in the server lead to people uninstalling the game and lose interest.
