DX3 Suzuki is ready to take on The Great Outdoors!
Riders
Devin Davis
Mike Stralo
Thomas Wilcox
Summary
DX3 continues to thrive for success in The Great Outdoors. Last year, Davis captured 15 Top 10s, with his best finish coming at the season finale with 4th overall, and found himself leading the pack across the line 7 times. In Supercross, Davis struggled to find success early, however he found his form late in the season and captured his first career NA podium in Minneapolis. Davis hopes to continue his progression into the outdoor nationals. Mike Stralo, on the other hand, has not competed yet in the 2018 season. Last year, Stralo struggled with consistency and only found himself inside the top 10 once, where he finished 9th at Unadilla. This year, he hopes to change that and aim for better results. The latest addition to the team is Thomas Wilcox, who raced for us under the Yamalube Star Racing Yamaha banner in 2016. Wilcox raced the first couple of rounds, with his best finish coming at the opening round before fading away never to be seen again until mid-way through Supercross this year. He's back and (supposedly) ready to hit the full circuit!
Objective
When you've been racing at the pro level on this game for so many years, it's hard to find new motivation. When you first begin playing this game, you only have one thing on your mind: win. As time goes on, the realization of capturing that elusive victory becomes more and more foggy, and your goals tend to focus less on winning and more on consistency. For 2018, both Stralo and myself are shooting for top 10 finishes week-in-week-out. If we can mix it up inside the top 10, then we're having fun.
