Makes plenty of sense, if someone scores enough points to defend their number then they get to keep it for the next season. Same with retiring. Are you saying it makes no sense Dungey having the rights to number 5 this season after scoring enough points last season? Doesn't matter if someone quits or gets banned.

he still kept his number, its like Dungey, he retired last year, yet he still has 5, cause he got the amount of points to keep it

so ive got the choice to change to anything between 10-99 just cant take numbers people allready have? can i choose above people who are choosing this year?

you acc cant change your number at all from 11, you need to be top 10 in GNC to be able to

You have to win a National title to pick a number or be top 10
