Yet here we are with you allowing them to keep numbers without earning the right to keep it. You're a fool for even allowing someone that has done what Mullins did to ever be back. So if he keeps #9 that basically means anyone can run single digits without earning it.

I guess, but after getting banned there shouldn't be a reason to let them keep their number. They don't need it anymore and it's taking up a single digit spot for somebody else to claim.
