So I wanted to host another one of these just to have some fun between races. Here's what I know so far:
-Qualifying will be open until April 27th. To qualify, you must pm me a demo of you running a 90 second run on FMX Round 3 (
link ) Top 8 qualify
-Contest will be held on May 9th @ 6:00 PST
-Format will consist of 5 attempts each for both FMX and best trick, the night will begin with FMX
-Prizes for FMX will go as follow: 3rd-$5 2nd-$10 1st-$25, $10 will go to the winner of best trick
JUST SO WE'RE CLEAR, TIMER STARTS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE FACE OF YOU FIRST TRICKED JUMP, CRASHING DOES NOT END YOUR RUN BUT IT WILL HURT YOUR SCORE
If you would like to be a judge for this contest, please pm me

I will also include a video of the top 3 runs and winner/runner up will help me design and get betas for my next fmx track.
Also, if we dont have 8 people show up for the event, it's a first come first server to fill the spots
Comp will be streamed at

What do you base the scores on? Purely off backflips/double backflips/front flips/underflips or do whips and overall flow get incorporated, too?

The scoring system in based on 3 criteria that make up an overall judgement score based on a 100 point scale
-Difficulty of tricks
-Flow
-Course use
Normally you see whips unless really big score lower than 360s/underflips but around a bakflip or frontflip. However, I only have 1 confirmed judge, and I really should have 3 at the minimum and 5 is the goal
