its ez make 1 quali round with classes- mx1 - mx2 and mx open, best from each country in respective class will make to the qualifying race. were the best respective rider from each class and each country do 2 motos on GP or NAtional track and then u add alla countries scores from each class and baam u have top 20 countries that will make the MXON

I'd assume the organization running both the US nationals and GPs that has shown capability to provide top level tracks and racing all year would probably be the "official" MXSoN if they choose to run it. But knowing rF, they won't put out any info until they have all their ducks in a row and have all the details set to do it right, but we should all hope they have it on their radar.
