Fuck I tried to drop to a novice license and they denied me. It’ll take me a thousand to quali for the Amateur or open class

Verdict: After reviewing the protest, it was deemed that Wilcox was holding up multiple leaders and racing them as a lapper.

False. Who did i hold up lol?

After Rush cleans Wilcox, Wilcox attempts to jump across the next corner to take him out.

True

Thomas Wilcox will receive a 1 week suspension for attempting to take out leaders as a lapper.

What were the names of the leader"s" besides rush after he punted me? Because I moved for everyone. I wont be here anyways so it doesnt matter but funny how it is worded.

Rush Chapman will receive a formal final warning for aggressive racing due to his protest history.

rip if i knew this would of caused your final warning i wouldnt of protested you :/

rF still has no appeal process and its 2020. Post GIF's of me holding up leaders. You wont find any.
*ATTEMPTING TO TAKEOUT LEADERS* Rush is an individual. List the others. You wont find any.
Whatever rF decides, thats the punishment. But at least be accurate and word it correctly instead of putting out false information.
You would assume there would be atleast 1 more protest if I was holding up all these LEADERS right?

Who was the Author of this case?

If you could not count this protest towards Rush so hes not on a fine line but maintain my 1 week suspension, I approve it.

There is literally nothing in the first. Invalid.

The second I was on jumping right to go outside in the sand to let him by but jumped too far right and I stayed right reentering the track but the tough block gave my back a little weird wobble so i swerved hard right to avoid any contact. Invalid.

Third i reentered track. I asked where again. He said right. I jumped left and doubled. Let him go by. Continued to play. Invalid.

Fourth I found the safest spot to let him go by. He punts me. Invalid.

These are literally the worst GIF's. Not being a dick but just stating facts.

Nothing in the first? You were in front of him with less than a 2 second gap for half of the track.

Second, again half the lap with less than a 2 second gap.

Third, that was a terrible track re-entry, you almost took him out re-entering the track.

Forth, he almost crashes into you twice.

2 seconds. Asking where every section incase he gets close so I can move for whoever it was. He crashed. Wasnt even close enough the whole time to make a pass. ??

Did you not read what I posted? I went to jump right to move? Jumped too far right. Swerved right. Avoided contact. ??

I reentered and asked where. He said right. I moved LEFT and DOUBLED. ??

Guess what. If you rear end someone in a car, whos fault is it? I found the safest spot to move over, and I moved over, and he punts me. ??

Didn’t watch any of them but you should have to move until under 1.0 sec. other than that hold your line.

Exactly. I was constantly asking "where" so I knew when to move and where.

Not going to state the obvious facts anymore since this is a joke, the GIFs, the verbiage, and the settlement.

ima have to agree with wilcox 100% ngl, the track re entry was pretty sketch but everything was completely fine, point of being a lapper is to hold your line and get out of the way at the safest and best point possible. kinda whack with those gif's.

IMO good call on scheels/rose incident. I wish I had that call when I cleaned fjeldberg Perfectly but cut 1/4 of a bale off...

After reviewing the protests on the site and the gifs posted here I’m on the side of Wilcox. I can agree that yeah it may have been frustrating for rush and his move on the turn after the triple was a bit out of line. But not a final formal warning worthy. But maybe a warning to just go about his day if a lapper is trouble, it will be taken care of later. All he did was cost himself time.

As far as Wilcox. I think he was fine in every gif. The sand re entry was literally nothing at all. And you can see his intention. The one after the finish re entry was sketch but you see his perfect execution of realizing and checking up and moving over.

Wilcox could have maybe gone right over the wall since his gap was less than 1.0, or stopped on the finish landing on the right and rolled the inside. But it could have been sketchy and I don’t see his waiting til after the finish and clearly moving out of the way as a problem, it may just have been where he felt most comfortable making the room for rush to pass on the track.

The retaliation attempt imo by Wilcox was fine because rush was out of line to clean him in the start corner. Idk, I feel like they were both a little out of line in rush’s clean Out incident, And Wilcox incident. But I understand. Both racers could have made more sensible decisions and if there’s going to be a penalty I would only penalize Wilcox. But even that seems slightly harsh so early in the season.

How you can say its a good call, the dude litterally goes out of controle before the jump and still trying to send the triple instead of breaking and double single, which cause cutting the track, having to almost stop to turn, so make Rose crash, that is nothing of a race incident, this i just a stupid choice by Shceels which deserve more than that imo.
