During his "era" Mikey was easily the best guy. Smith dominated in the years following, then it was Spermy right? Hell Sperm still drops down to 250s and can run the pace of anyone including Payson at times (and Payson has been grinding a 250 for years). Haley won like 21 out of 24 motos in 2018 and Rush dominated whenever he raced, too. There's always been dudes dominating the 250 class. There's also been guys with titles like Braden, Isaiah and Colby who won't go down as the best ever in 250s but should be given credit for being the fastest on the game any given day.
