Jack in the Box Indoor Racing

My server will be up all day running the Jack in the Box Series tracks (found here: http://www.puremxs.com/Tracks/TrackView ... rackID=221)

I set those as the only tracks on the server so it'll rotate through them, tracks change on restart every 5 minutes, 8 lap races (so should change after each race).

the tracks are on 02 now, so no need for my server to be up with them
