Did he actually include the Villopoto gear in the download? I cant find it in game if he did but if he didnt then whats the problem if he's only using it for himself? I know that he shouldnt be ripping but if he's not releasing it to anyone then what does it matter?

Not quite the same though is it. You're not losing out on anything at all if he uses your ripped gear offline but JLV loses out on £35 if someone rips the game.
