Looks like you've got the reflection too broad. Have you got the opacity set really low?

Bump it up a bit. It'll be just as bright, but it won't have those sharp edges. Right now, the specular occurs in every lit region, that's why that sharp edge occurs. Try putting it at 1-2%

It's too bright. Look in the following image. On the left are the two maps. The top is the texture, the bottom is the spec map. The image on the right is what it will look like in game.
