Shoei Helmet Problem! Please Help!

Every shoei helmet I have downloaded always appears as a grey and white stock helmet in the game... Any one know how to fix this? It also does this with some bike skins and other stuff.. If anyone has a way to fix this that would be greatly appreciated!

u need the shoei .jm. have u downloaded the original release of the helmet?
