NO .jm when i extract files

hi guys when I download a set of gear it just comes up with png and psd ,I create my name and number but yeah no jm and the gear looks shit in the game sorry if this is an easy fix just wanna be able do the basics im new here

Are you using any brace? and what boots? You usually get .jm's when downloading any boots.

nah no brace man and alpine tech 10s in the pack must be my comp being weird
