Upcoming Models #2
Re: Upcoming Models #2
The new rider guy deserves some brand new tech 10s of course.
The high poly mesh for baking soon getting there. Rest of the details will be added in PS, just wanted to model some lol.
Please if you're keen on buying the model when it's finished (not very soon), instead of filling my PM inbox with questions I would recommend to follow my FB page and receive the information there, thanks!

See you should model the Nike boots from a couple years ago
Re: Upcoming Models #2
I would recomend from experiecne with the instincts that you split up the model if you run in to trubble or shading errors when baking. It's WAY easier to deal with the Anti-aliasing problem of unmerged seams. Rater than making a polyflow that works for everything without any shading errors.Jre wrote:Tech10
Also maybe consider to get rid of these and make "Flat bakes" on the UV. it will make things a lot easier in the end. With same or better result.
Looking forward to see the rider model in action!

Good points, although not sure if I got 100% what you mean but yeah I probably need to think more about the methods as soon as I start modeling the lowpoly mesh and see what I'm actually going to model and what not or how. But I believe it's good to try and see how it goes. All the latest stuff I've made has been like piece of cake and haven't smashed into any surprising struggle in a long time so that would be something challenging again which is good.Benjii_D wrote:I would recomend from experiecne with the instincts that you split up the model if you run in to trubble or shading errors when baking. Also I need to remember that with this model I'm seriously trying to get rid of the excessive perfectionism that was an issue with the CR haha.
