custom kit and bike decal designers

Hello this is my time writing something in on the forums so sorry if something doesn't make sense. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there that can do custom kit (for example numbers and names on the back of the kit) and bike decals and is willing to let me know if they could help me out with making some? I don't have any editing software but i might get some depending on the replies to this. If you know anyone or know how to do custom kit etc. could you let me know. thanks.

photoshop is for free if you want but i dont really know many people who would make it for you for free
