I think you should make your round tubes less sided. The head tube can stay but the main frame tubes I'd go 10 sides max, and the upper frame tubes can be less since most of that frame is hidden. Round objects like that add a lot of polys fast. My other feedback would be to slow down and focus on part by part until each is complete, then move on to the next.
Here's my RM frame for reference. Not that is perfect or how yours should be by any means, it's actually the first part I modeled on the bike so there are some parts that aren't as efficient as possible, so I may go in and adjust things yet. But something close for you to compare.
