Did this BUD Pipe and i want to try to export it into the game, i know there's a tutorial from Damien Desmond but it's quite old i was wondering if there's any other tutorial of this kind somwhere. What poly count should be decent, this is my first time trying to model something for sim.

Looks good! It’s rather high poly, though. Tubes can get away with a lot less sides than that, they smooth shade really well.

To export, just download the jm exporter for blender in this sub forum (assuming that’s blender)

Thanks for the advice i’ll try it out!
Blowing my mind on how to get a decent UV at the moment because my poly flow it’s pretty bad, but i think i’ll get there. About the Shading and AO is there any tutorial that can help me out or any forum thread? I’m sure a lot of this has been asked and answered many times.

Assuming your poly flow is basic, it's just a matter of marking seams with blender before unwrapping. Shuold be a prety simple on to unwrap. As far as baking an AO goes, I just apply a solid white diffuse to the object and then up the amount of samples.
