I tried that but when I opened it and it used photoshop to open it! So I tried to just directly save it to my personal folder but it wouldn't let me save it!

Yeah I had to save it to my pictures.

I downloaded it again, and saved it to my pictures. I then moved it to my personal folder. Tried to run it in the game and still didn't work.
