Hi:

i Downloaded the default model replacement 2 pack, But for some reason i can not get the honda skins that people release for the newest bike to work. it shows a stock skin but when it loads it says warning can't load 250f front number plate,lower fork, swing arm etc. i spent an hour and a half searching but didn't find anything, I assume i'm missing a file or 2? any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is only for replacing the stock models. This has nothing to do with other skins you've downloaded. Try asking what you need in the thread you found the skin in.
