Just wanted to say, if you make a bike and release within a week or 2, even within a month, thats rushed. Good models such as attackers rmz, and andy's kawi are completed over the course of half a year to a year working all the time.

Actually Andy has released it to a lot of people. But people like you are the reason he is hanging onto it. All the people who are appreciative received it for their teams and everything. But after comments like yours I guess you are just gonna have to live with the stock kawi.

vortexracingleader, you should have spent atleast a bit more time into it, believe me i've already read that this is not the final version, but i think that releasing an unfinished, single bike causes only problems in the end, with not jms or namings which dont match the update package. Yes it is cool for some people to have atleast a 2014 yzf they can use ingame, but on the other hand you shouldnt be too surprised if the most guys say it looks rushed, which i guess you know is right. I know that my kawi release was far from beeing perfect, but atleast the bike was finished. just take your time, and model more than just a frame and the plastics, its important that everything has the same style, since every modeller has his own way to model things, it just looks kinda off to see eskwaard's frontend with wilson's and dj's yz parts and plastics and frame which dont fit the model nor the diffuse. however thank you, i guess a lot people appreciate it.

I think its cool he is gonna let everyone ride it, but i also think its not a good idea. Yes you get a bunch of feedback from kids that cannot even model, orrrrrrrrrrrr you could send it to Mason, Ramon, Andy or a phew other top modelers and get feedback from someone who knows what the hell they are doing. Just my 2 cents. But thank you Damien, rating as an early beta looks like it will shape up to be a good bike.

Seems to me the kids in this topic have missed the kawi release. It was released, I don't know how many times that has been stressed, it just wasn't released with source files and that can be thanked by posts like this:

Of course all the little kids are gonna jump all over it because all they see is a 2014 yz, but if you want to improve you will listen to the ones who know what they are talking about, even if they are being blunt about it. (I am at times I know )

Number one thing I see that hurts this bike is that there are no normal map bakes. Look up how to do normal map bakes, and give it another go. I don't know how many times I've had to redo my own work but each time I redid it I learned more and it got progressively better.

hahah the 2nd link has the norms.. i still have to make the high poly version for the legitmate bakes.. i just made a quick one for the bakes.. i mean thanks for all the feedback lol.. i sort of did rush it but yet i didnt.. i mean shit 18 hours a day really is alot of work on it.... plus its like my 3rd time having to remake it.. each time i think it looks better and better
