Hey Brutal, since you are making the leatt chest protector you wont have any probleem with the brace. Just get it lined up so it sits overtop like in real life! Looks good.

No. Saying Phathry is wrong is wrong. By saying Phathry is wrong, you would be saying that JLV is wrong, which would form some sort of black hole that would swallow us up.

@Brutal MX.

Theres actually a plugin for PS. You just open up the .obj and then you can add the texture.
Pretty much the same as what KTM said BUT!!!
You can also skin the model in photoshop by just merging layers down. That way you should be able to skin it like that as a refrence
Then actualy do it on your skin. I have expirement with this and will upload a picture in abwt an hour when I get home.

Wrong.
The most popular model in this game has the front fender going into the frame. Yet you pick on people making Chest protectors. I agree with Grizz, his One Ind chest pro is badass. :D

At least skinners aren't making the model look worse. Chest protectors glued to your jersey that never move and are perfectly molded to the rider's body seem pretty implausible to me.

Are there pictures of the One chest protector in game? I'd like a looksee. Maybe it will change my mind.

I haven't showed it yet. The only type of chest protecters that work are the closefitting ones. I'm not skinning an HRP, your argument is invalid.

Okay, thats exactly what I need. But I dont need the line going all the way across the gear...my problem is that, when I try and add a strap to the front jersey, then he back jersey, its like impossible to line it up man! How exactly did you know where to put them to line them up?

Blob was talking about it in a previous post. You take the .dae file that came with the p2sta2 model (even if you're using p2sta3 it will still work for the jersey) and put it into the meshes folder. for ex. Computer/local disk c:/program files/adobe/photoshop cs5/presets/meshes. It's super helpful when trying to lineup things like that.
