Really why does it matter who makes what, i think the amount of downloads will show who's is better.

Sorry for DP, but if someone is keeping a gear as their personal use ie. Not releasing it, someone else does have the right to create one for public use... So dont cry.

Exactly, and someone always has the right to make content, even if it has been made and released, some people here seem to think its a legal crime to make something.
