Yes, gio has ruling over if it is released or not. If his work wasnt so vital to the bike, someone else would have done it. if its not released by the end of the track comp

man, clearly this Gio bloke is awesome at his work. so why wouldnt he want people seeing his awesome work? i cant work out why people dont like to help a community they are apart of.
