Make sure the graphics are 2048 x 2048 when you send them in.
Make sure you remove the cutout layer for the final png.

Send them to me in a pm when they are finished.

Why make a .psd if its only one layer? Also, there is whole wireframe on top of the cutout + there is grey background, that normal?

using a wireframe over the top helps lining the graphics up.
