I just got a new PC and I had to re download Blender now I have version 2.74 and when I try to install the export script I am not able to find it. Is this because my version is too recent?

Just updated to version 2.77 and the export script isn't showing up anymore.

I had the same problem, i ant remember how to fix it again
stuff around with it a little.

You want File / User Preferences / Add-ons / Install from file.

Fixed it I had show hidden unchecked haha easy fix I guess.
