MX Simulator

This is my first skin for MXS. Built for DJ's new YZ250F model.

I've seen some people bitching about other skinners copying and pasting images from the net to create their skins so, let there be known that this one is 100% custom made (except for the company logos, of course). I hope you all enjoy, looks awesome in game!

Oh, and congrats to whoever did the shading on this one...awesome work!!

wow really nice work man. not a lot of fresh skins coming out. great to see some quality work. only problem ic is that u might want to re-upload it with a different name. soemthing like yz250f-redbull or somethin like that. i think the yz250f.png is for the default yamaha. i could rename it myself but then it wont show up for people when we do races and such.

Looks good. Only thing I noticed is that you could use a 3-4px white outline around the outside of the fork guards, since usually the decals don't cover the entire fork guard. That and the yellow graphic from the side plate to the rear fender doesn't line up. I don't know if you wanted it to though. Nice skin though.

isnt replica but looks amazing, hope u make replica, would be a nice skin with that style

Good skin, I like the sharp black bits. Some issues-

You also didn't completely colour the tip of the pipe. Set the wireframe over the skin, and you'll see what I mean

You named your skin yz250f.png.png. You shouldn't have to add the .png yourself. Also, save it as something else next time, eg yz250f-Red Bull.png.

Hello, sorry to disturb you. Made, I downloaded the skin YZF Red-Bull but the problem is that in spite of I put the file in Personnal Folder, it does not appear in games(sets) and I always meet myself with the original skin of the YZF
Could you say to me quesqui do not go?

hey guys having a little trouble here i dropped this file into my mx sim personal folder tried loading it in game it doesnt even appear? then i changed the name to yz250f tried loading it again an no go didnt appear again? please help im not to good with png skins as u can see lol cheers ohh an yes i have the new yz250f model

Well how did you get it working? I'm having the same problem.

Try to rename it to just YZ250F, it should replace the original in game.
