Cant see team members bike and gear

I am able to see my own created Bike graphics and gear on my screen but I can't see my teammates - instead they just have stock graphics. I have the same file in my personal folder that they put in their personal folder in order for them to use their custom gear/graphics so I don't get why I wouldn't be able to see them.

The graphics are working fine for each individual teammate but I want to be able to see my teams graphics when there are 2 - 3 teammates in the same server.

I am able to see many of the other graphics that I have downloaded on other riders but not the ones that I created. I'm not sure if this is a problem on my teammates end or mine. Appreciate the help.
