If they're fonts you download, just double click them and a window will come up with a preview for it. There should be an install button, click that and they will show up in any list you can choose fonts in (word document programs, photoshop etc.).

I've seen a bunch of people using the N-Style SX Pro number font that I traced a while ago by simply magic wanding it in photoshop. It looks bad IMO so here's the Illustrator file of them. Have fun

I don't think it's Wide Awake. Wide Awake has some letters that look different, but it is pretty close.
