WHy Does This Happen?

Please Help Me Guys :P

My Graphics Are Always Grey. There Are Spots Of The Graphic But The Rest Is Grey. Most Of It Is Grey. I Have Latest Snapshot so i dont think its that. Plz Help Guys :)
