if you make just a skin without custom spec/norm map, then download this skin pack from ktm57 (http://forum.mxsimulator.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=18133)
name the skin:
matte version: rider_head-EVS T7 Digi Matte-skinname.png
glossy version: rider_head-EVS T7 Plain-skinname.png
put in personal folder(directly)
enjoy ingame
I need to clarify something. The Plain model is the matte version, as well. If you want gloss, you'll need to put your skin on the Dimensional or Digi model.

And if you put it on the Dimensional model, there's a special spec map, so you'll need to include a spec map named just for your skin if it's on the Dimensional model.

Thanks for clarifying August, I didn't really check them ingame, just looked at the names in the saf and though it will be like I wrote, my bad

Reflections are gonna change on every map , right?
well did you ever saw how reflections work IRL? if you have blue sky, then your black material with reflections will get this blue tint as well...problem is the environment of the tracks as August said, check some of tracks DJ touched, they works pretty good since DJ knows a lot about the enviro/lighting setups
