rider model skins wont work

eh not to be a pain in the ass but my rider skins i download like,helmets and gear never seem to work,idk what im doing wrong or what but,im tired od the way the old characters look haha i wana get mine to look like all ur guys pro gear and shit. but any help would be appreciated.

Are you extracting the files or just dropping the compressed file into your personal folder? You should be putting a .saf or a folder into the mx sim personal folder. If it is .7z, zip, or rar you need to extract it.

i have a similar problem , what ive done so far is:

- download "ddmx rider model v2" > extracted it > then put it into mxsim persenal folder
- download "fox pin stripe gear" > extracted it > then again put in folder
- i then select it in game "bike settings"
- then when i start the race its says something about the ddmx rider model couldnt be loaded , and i think it says the game about the gear ?

what am i doing wrong ? do i need to download something else?

well make sure u get the snapshots and do the snapshots right hope that helps

idk someone had the link to the latest snap shot and i downloaded it,and ya i bought the game
