Ok so, If you want a 125.

Take all the Jm's and make sure the last name is the same.
Example

cr125_frame-Cr125shorty.jm
cr125_upper_forks-Cr125shorty.jm
cr125_lower_forks-Cr125shorty.jm
cr125_swingarm-Cr125shorty.jm

Then save your skin.

Example cr125-Cr125shorty-skinname.png

Rename the JM's of the 250 crf DJ released

Be sure you copy them first, not renaming then in Personal Folder because the crf250 dont work then
