Its the PSD. You need to put it in game yourself. Otherwise he did release a public one.

i've put it in the game but it won't work :s i see it but it shows up as a stock bike can someone help me please??

do you have photoshop? did you save it correctly? or did you just drag the psd to the game directory not touching it at all?

What model .jm's did you use? I tried Attackers 2013 template and the graphics are not really even close to correct.

Looks like the Normal Map was a little off in my PSD. Nevermind!
