Hey bud, not bad for your first skin! It's a pretty hard skin, with all the logos you have to custom make.
Let's come to the skin itself: I think your biggest problem with this gear was the size of the logos. Like the Shift logo on the left leg is way to huge. Same thing with the logos at the ass, they're a little to big. And you forgot a logo on the back of the Jersey! The logo on the left arm is also a little displaced there. The rest is pretty good!
The background is ok too, the only thing i see is that the yellow part on the front side of the jersey is a little too big.
But it's a pretty hard skin and because this is your first skin, it's not too shabby! Keep it up!
For the next set of gear you could try to add the stretching parts (like at the knee and so on). And you should add a spec map, without it the norm map is useless too!
