problem with skins.. online!

Okay I'll try and be specific as possible with my problem here...

My friend and I can't see eachothers skins.We have the same snapshot and same bike models. I sent him the skin I made and he put it in his personal folder and when I wear it i see it on me but not on him.What did he or I do wrong xD

btw we can see eachothers skins .. if we use makita suzuki 08 skin .. xD
