How did u learn to make those little like... alternating color slashes ? i figure you put a gradient underneath, but then what? I see it all the time and never could figure out how to do it.

This is what I did, first get the to colours you want and do a gradient. Now go to filter and then filter gallery. Then go to halftone pattern and below there's 3 different choices. I chose circle but theirs also "line" and "dot" ,that's how I did it.
