Oh, for black banners I just inverted it...look on the AMA replica page / standings picture for an example. Not sure if this is a problem but it looks ok to me and was simple to change without changing the logo itself.

I cannot find Hvpunk's honda motor, and am trying my hand at skinning. Looking for a nice template of a crf250, a nice exhaust, and a nice motor. Not for use in my skin.... just as a guide for me to learn. If you can donate a few pieces it would be greatly appreciated. Also looking for a "mentor" so to speak. I don't need to be taught photoshop, but I just have questions pertaining to the art of skinning. I have messenger, so hit me up if you'd like to help a skinner in the making.
