Hi guys,
Ive started a new team for outdoors this year due to the total cock up my last one was and was wondering if anyone could help me to complete my own render or do a render for me, I have all the files necessary I just don't know how to complete it and my blender is really weird for some reason.

Because you have no idea what the hell you are talking about..when he says "vectorize" he means make it a smart object. Because if you don't and you resize the layer, it could loose quality.

No shit. Vectorizing is a totally different thing. Vectorizing is when u take a image and make it so that when you print it, it doesn't come out all pixelated.
