NEED HELP SKINNING WITH GAERNES

I need some help with my skins using the gaerne boots, I don't know why but the boots are on the back of the rider and it's wearing no boots, i have the correct norm and jm but it still wont work

P.S: Couldn't attach image cause it says board attachment quota has been reached
