All the Custom Skins I'm Making for my team show up with the Butt part of the pants invisible. I have gone through 4 different templates and they all show up like this.
Also All of them show up with a neck brace, how do I do away with it? (no i don't have one on the skin It just appears as a gray on in game.)

You're most likely using an incorrect JM

Which rider model are you using? Post a picture of your template.

The JM's tell the game where the gear should line up on the riders body. You're probably using the JM's for a different model than what your gear template is referring to.
