I cant use any Custom skins

If I go to edit a skin in photo shop and I finish editing it I save it as a .png and place it in my Mx simulator folder but when I go to look for the bike skin I cant find it.
Example of how the folder is named:
Yz250fv2013-Decal-yzskin.png

any one know what is wrong?
ps. I am new to the game

No I am not its all lowercase

try removing "v2013" on the end of yz250f for your png file

Ok I found my skin on the game but now the skin wont line up on the bike like it should.

I am using jm's. I don't know what is wrong I looked up atleast 5 videos on youtube on how to use custom skins and none of them are working
