How to make a Jm

I have a template without Jm's, I have P2sta's Jm's, but how do I make Jm's using the pack? I've been stuck trying to do this for awhile and none of the people I play with know how, so would anyone please tell me how? I have checked youtube videos, but none exactly told me how to make a Jm.

Uniform Templates, not bike ones.

If you have the p2sta jm files then all you have to do is name them. "Rider_body-___.jm"
