The poly flow is what it looks like, the model just looks weird because its in subdivision mode.

Duplicate the model. Have one without sub and add hard edges to the other so it doesn't look strange.

Saving this topic from a total death.

At 5 Pm I and even the fork there was like:

But then I realized we were just kidding and I still need to make the lower triple clamp, that is the most annoying thing I know in bike modeling. That was a hell of polyflow tweaking session but finally no more f****** triple clamps!

Jre, looks really good. One question though, why is the lower triple clamp the most annoying thing in modeling a bike?

Thanks.

Not every bike, but this one and the tm has been pretty much that.
1. Counting the vertices of the base cylinder right so it isn't too blocky or too high poly.
2. Finding a good poly flow where the flat part joins to the cylinder part and at the same time getting it easy for converting to "high poly" later.
3. In the background pic they are in angle.
4. There is usually a huge perspective distortion in the pic and part of the clamps are hiding behind the number plate or something so you can't be that sure about the right diameter of the cylinder part and it makes a lot.
5. The part where the locking screws are is usually pretty complicated to model and I wouldn't want to add any more geometry to the cylinder part. And it's one of the things you see well on 1st person view. (The upper one is usually behind the number plate so you don't need to make that much details and in 1st person view you can't see it because of the bar pad so you can totally ruin it and nobody will notice.)

Okay both of the t clamps has pretty much all of these problems actually.
But there you go! 8)

Ah okay I see where you coming from. I think everyone has that one piece of bike they don't like to model, for me it's the damn calipers and engine (I'm stuck here on my honda right now). The rest is pretty fun to me.
