I'm prob not the only one wondering this I might be but why are you making all those sick skins for that helmet? Would be sick to see them on the V4 or Shoei

Because I have the model and template available to me, and I personally prefer it to the others.

Pretty sweet. How much of it is your original artwork?

Stevo, I think it's the knee rubber that is making the gear look odd. I'd just look at some random gear company to get ideas for a design on the knee rubber. Other than that, the gear looks really good!
I was super bored and realized that I've never attempted to make a helmet design. Any ideas as for what I should change/add? Thanks for the constructive criticism and the help. :)

Hello guys, I'm new here in the skinning topic, and like a noob I am, I need your help, your tips, criticism and whatever to improve. My english is not good enough but I'll try to explain all my problems

Finally I get this awesome bike for my new team this year, and this beauty bike needs a proper skin to look fine. It's my first complete skin, I worked in it so hard but I'm limited because I did the design in PSD and some vector logos in AI (like MXTotal, which was used in GPs tracks last year). I could use Adobe Illustrator but when I try to export the cutout design to PSD it's horrible, I'm getting crazy because I can't place the vector design in the template correctly, so I've made it in PSD

Back to work, I like the simple designs, few lines and colours. I want the MXTotal brand looks prominent in the skin, that's why I've chosen black plastic shrouds, with few blue lines (MXTotal blue) and little green-white touches. The airbox and rear number plates it's copied from real Kawasaki Monster Energy, I like how it looks in real life and it's my first one so I don't take risks with it  Anyway I know it's not perfect even I copied it

The front fender and front plate...and I'd like to comment the forks, I've changed the colours from golden to blue-black because I don't like how the golden look in this bike, that black looks smooth I think...

And the rear fender, simple...maybe even bored

So that's all...

Thank you :)

Nice work on that bike pablius, it looks sick man.

Still working away on my Seven gear. Any more advice or feedback would be good, thanks. Also, i wanna try to make the shading for the jersey, so it fits the collar good. So could anyone help me? or just youtube?

Thanks.

I shuffled the dirt layer around and touched up some shading. I feel like I need to fill more space with stuff. Random brush design thing.
