Right click on an image (online) and choose "copy image", then paste (ctrl + v) it on an open image, in photoshop.

Storken's answer is a good one but if you do that, you won't be able to manage .png images with transparent background.
What I always do is just save the image -> Go to Photoshop -> New Layer -> Archive -> Add -> Now you choose the image you saved before.
